How do I use and return the test kit?
Inside the package, you’ll find easy-to-follow instructions. Once you’ve completed the test, simply seal it with a kiss and pop it in the prepaid shipping bag included. Send it back to our lab using the return label—it’s all covered!
Where does my test go after I send it back?
Your test kit goes straight to our trusted pathology lab for processing. They handle everything from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
How and when do I get my results?
Once our lab has processed your sample, your results will be unlocked online. You’ll be notified as soon as they’re ready, so you can view them quickly and securely.
What happens if I test positive for an STI?
If your test results indicate a positive STI, one of our experienced practitioners will give you a call to discuss your treatment plan. They’ll prescribe the necessary medication, which will then be dispensed and shipped directly to your door by Chemist to You pharmacy, so you can start treatment quickly and discreetly.
What if my test shows a positive result for HPV?
If you test positive for HPV, our practitioner will refer you to a trusted gynecologist in your area. They’ll guide you through the next steps, which may include further assessment like a colposcopy, depending on the standard protocols. We only work with reliable gynecologists to ensure you receive the best possible care.
What if I want to speak with a practitioner?

What can I expect on my bank statement from June Pty Ltd?
On your bank statement, charges from us will appear as “June Pty Ltd” for easy identification. If you see this on your statement, rest assured it’s for your June Health order.

What is June Health's return policy?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns. Our partner pharmacies follow strict professional standards, which require them to ensure that all medicines delivered have been produced and stored under controlled conditions. For safety reasons, we cannot accept returned medicines, as we cannot confirm their proper storage or if they have been tampered with.
What will my package look like?
Your June Health package is shipped in discreet packaging, so no one will know what’s inside. Once you open it, though, you’ll be greeted with our soft, cute June colors – designed to make you feel like you’re unboxing a gift from a best friend.
Can I track my order?
Yes! We ship with Australia Post, and as soon as your order leaves the pharmacy, you’ll receive a link with your tracking number. You can use this link to check the status of your delivery at any time.
How long does delivery take?
Orders from June Headquarters to You: If you’re in a metropolitan area, expect your order to arrive the next business day. For rural areas, it may take 2-3 business days. We cover express shipping with Australia Post to ensure quick delivery, but please note that delivery can take up to 10 business days in some cases. For specific timeframes, refer to our Help Centre.
Other Medications: Once you place an order, it takes around 2-3 business days to prepare at the pharmacy. After that, your order will be shipped with AusPost. Check your tracking link or the AusPost App for exact delivery times.
